I liked Viplav telling Dulari about the wedding . Impulsive that he is its his ego that gets hurt when he has to hide it coz he has not done anything wrong. I kind of applaud it. Dulari reaction is expected she is a scared chicken most of the times.
No I differ here , you dont need a body for murder trial . remember the recent high profile murder case in which SP honcho was involved.
you need some solid proof or witness for charges.
and advocacy right act in india gives right of practising anywhere that the right is applicable, which is almost throughout india .
dolly India has a common constitution for the entire country. our basic rules are the same throughout the country . they do not differ from state to state like in us.
So an advocate registered with the bar council can practise in most of the places.
