Kanak refuses to wear white saree. Viplav consoles her while she starts wailing and both have an emotional conversation. Somehow Kanak is convinced while all remaining rituals gets over and Shambu's dead body is kept on a wooden stretcher which is carried by Viplav on his shoulder from front side while others support from back side. People chant the mantras "Ram Naam Satya Hai" (Lord Ram is the Truth). The last funeral rites begin on a plain barren land. All widows including Kanak reach there. Cremation process begins with Viplav carrying the water pot which is dropped by him as he completes one revolution around the pyre.
Kanak is weeping but her eyes are set on Dhani only. As Viplav lits Shambhu's pyre here Kanak walks towards Dhani and drags her near the pyre. She abuses her and yells that this is happening because of her. Viplav tries to stop Kanak while Indrani Dulari supports Dhani and safeguards her.Dhani starts crying while Widow Gang takes her to Ashram. In Ashram Dhani reveals about the Kundali issue and tells how her marriage with Viplav will ruin Tripathi family. Indrani refuses to believe this and consoles Dhani. Here in outhouse Tripurari shows fake concern over Shambhu's death and Suvarna agree with him. In Ashram Dhani is still crying while Rajlakshmi tries hard to make her understand but of no use.
After funeral rites get over Tripathi family reach home. Viplav and Dashrath talk about Shambhu and his innocence, Both remember their last conversation with Shambhu. Dashrath is still crying. Meanwhile Kanak is in her room collecting all colorful clothes and jewellery. She looks herself in mirror wearing white saree. She comes out in compound where Viplav Dashrath and Shalu, Dadi are present. Kanak drops sarees and jewellery box and tries to burn everything, Viplav stops her and asks her not to create scene. Kanak is furious and not ready to listen anything and finally burns her clothes. She starts crying while Viplav hugs her.
In evening Tripurari is waiting in backyard of Ayodhya Nivas. Kanak comes and slaps him hard. When she is about to slap him for second time Tripurari stops her. He asks her why is she exaggerating as if she loved Shambhu?. Kanak warns him not to talk crap as its her personal issue. She alleges that because of him today she is wearing white clothes, the color which she hates the most. She tells him that now she will make sure he gets back in the jail. Tripurari plays a voice recording in which Kanak is breifing Tripurari how to kill Dashrath. Tripurari blackmails Kanak and asks her not mess with him or lese even she will have to pay for it. Kanak is worried and has zero expression on her face.

Precap: Next day in Shok Sabha (Mourning Meet) when Dhani is about to drop flowers near Shambhu's photo Kanak grabs her hand and again abuses her. She asks her not to come here again. In other scene Kanak and Viplav are in a car and Viplav reveals how he feels Tripurari has killed Shambhu and it was not a natural death.Kanak is shocked.
