Hey Hammie,
First - I'm Loving It - And I am not talking about a BigMac burger .
Next, I now can understand why you guys are such huge fans of Mishal. Of course I have not seen his earlier character which you all say was iconic. For me having a glimpse of his talent as Viplav is a good enough indication of his depth and width. Truly a brilliant actor that i have seen in a while.
Your write up yesterday - Wrong place at wrong time - for me was all about Karma . How each of our actions are accounted for and while we think we control our destiny we are rather led into it . Apologies I missed contributing to that thread . Since today was an extension of yesterday it may be a good idea to see both as a whole.
For stories to sell scandal is a norm. For every hero there is a villan and for any hero to shine the more vicious the villan the better . The story has unexpectedly taken a turn and identifying the villan has become its new challenge. Is is KT , TP or DT . What respectively is their motive and what price are they willing to pay ? Whatever be it the victims continue to be Viplav & Dhaani and their ISHQ.
Kanak frustrated with her FIL , his inability to stop Vip & dhani's growing relationship, his disregard for her ideas and his insults make her take actions in her own hand. She decides to play with fire - "Iss ghar ki bati bund kar dete hai " and get him killed. Little does she know that she is burning down her own house. The irony - Despising people for their place in society and joining their ranks due to a cruel hand of fate. Shambhu was not a favourite of his dad , had been called an aadha adhura beta by him . Neither was he very respected by his wife. His kids may have loved him as any child would do their father. But having to loose a member of the family without much warning is a shock to all. All stand together in grief hoping and praying for his well being but it is too late. What an upheaval .
Hammie you have recounted both the days so well with your excellent writing . Both the episodes have been extremely impressive in all possible aspects . I will definitely point two ,
1) excellent acting and the two that stand out is Kajal and Mishal . Kanak is a few minutes went from a smirk at her victory to her outburst of refusing to acknowledged as a widow. And Mishal standing strong supporting his family thru this difficult time to moving away to seek solace Was brilliantly done.
2) background music. For both days I found that tunes have been changed and went very well for each situation. I was torn between screenplay which was extremely taunt or music but chose the latter.
For the coming days which ever direction the show goes one thing is for sure that Dhaani will be the one to back out, Testing times are ahead for the two.
On a side note : Viplav these two episodes has the words "Razor sharp" across his chest . Is it a coincidence that we are expecting the same from him ?
Will catch up again tomorrow on hopefully another excellent episode.
Wonderful observation of episode , Shambu Death made his RAZOR SHARPNESS , It was blunt till date in the form of Child and get to see matureness there after . Now the story line is getting gripped and all tracks will fall under perfectly .

All track is layered and opened now and it is the time to close the hole one by one . RAZOR SHARP IS BEGINNING
