Till love for another is undeclared ,it causes chaos within the person. Emotions run high and the urge to express them in words are constantly churning within the heart. However many are the reasons that pose an obstruction from keeping true felt love from being spoken about. One can be the social structure expectations that discourages one, especially a woman from expressing her love to a man. In a society where she is expected to be demure, diffident and above all discreet about , matters of the heart. For it's the man who is preferred to be seen as being more forward and forthright even by a woman. This rule is subject to change in given situations. But in any case, there is no denial in the fact that when love is made known, there is rejoicing on both sides .A sense of progression is felt from wooing, to an attainment! A feel of security , a drift of awareness, like all the tears, sighs and sorrow convert into , smiles, laughter and joy! Suddenly all past grievances , snags and displeasures just fade away.. and a sense of complacency descends upon the lovers. Yet once some ice thaws between lovers, there also arises, little teases ,flirtations , fun and frolics! as harmonies that add further to the song of love that plays on.. So teases Viplav a dewy eyed Dhani..
As he muses, it shouldn't take her long now to come out with the truth that, which his whole being craves to hear. So, he asks nonchalantly, you cry Dhani ? whatever for? and then she blurts out, my tears are for you! yes for you! she cries out , admits she was at a loss to understand what was happening with her ?when she closes her eyes she sees him! upon opening them all she wants is to see him! it's so strange ,she thought it best to forget these sentiments! not to think about him , it racked her brains, she asked her self many questions.. got one answer that Dhani you are in love with Vikil babu! Viplav smiles at her exclamation.. in her faces he sees a smile.. one that rids her of all the chains and taboos of being a widow! yes he can see clearly her innocent face,that vibrates with a new found salvation! that her proclamation grants both of them! the freedom of love that makes her stronger than she was before! yet.. the torrent still has some residue in her, and she protests, yes she loves him and cannot bear to be without him! dhani cries out ..its almost that she regrets it.. roughly viplav pulls her around to face him and he scowls down at her face .. his eyes well up as he reminds her what did he tell her ..love will happen! how so ? he didn't know.. what antics he got up to! he didn't know! but he had no other way left ! for ,love softens the heart into confessing to past pranks he pulled on her, to achieve this day of reckoning..and Dhani too indulges in lovers sweet blame, as she reminds, him he was at fault for putting alcohol in her kalash , when they first met! that he threw colour at her ,he committed many mistakes and she hated him ,didn't want to even see his face..but love has the power to soften hardened hearts..as alongside, how can she forget all that he has done for them! and so she knows not what love is ?but this she knows that it is pure and a holy sentiment! That which he has made her aware of.. before this she lived the life of a widow! with no reason to live or to die for! but ever since he came into her life , he changed everything in her life!..Dhani smiles though her tears sniffs and tells him she fears nothing now , society..and today she wishes for ,that the world to know that yes she loves him!
Viplav's face, beams with the smile of humbled gratification to her.. for her declared love.. her eyes weeping tears of joy! and he clasps her to his chest.. they hug ardently! as a pair rewarded by time for their patience ,especially so Viplav!
This scene stands out for Viplav' conviction in his love. His behind the scenes fervent attempts at winning over Dhani's love.For Dhani it's a scene which highlights her raw emotion, untouched by graces and decorum of city girls.She is spontaneous in her mannerisms, and goes by only one thing.. the truth of her inner feelings for Viplav. Her reactions of half protests against him! her cry in frustration! all in keeping with her young age..even though Viplav calls her grandma!.. The beauty of the scene is ,Viplav is not the least bit surprised by her words.. but she is! with a certain bliss that glows on her face!
Viplav Dhani in a delayed long embrace is the cue for Raj to turn up and he thanks Dhani for making her love known to his friend otherwise he would have turned into some love torn waste of space! also what ever happened it was all his idea ,he wasn't going to Boston in the first place! don't worry SIL my mate will never leave you.. says Raj and Dhani gives Viplav a stern look for pulling fasts ones.. Viplav stares back into her eyes with an innocent expression.. Dhani questions him ,so he is the culprit behind all this act,and he looks at her and replies, what did she think that he'd leave? not that easily , his facial expressions tell her!
All done in the exuberance of love! a colorful expression! a holy symbol! In a huff Dhani goes up the stairs, fills her fist with vermilion from a platter on a kiosk near the temple entrance.. its pay back time for what he did to her in defiance.. today she too returns the action, in her defiance of love for him! and she throws the vermilion at him! which he invites from her with his eyes.. he had waited so long for her to colour him in the colour of her love! the red of love! Thus the playful act of throwing color becomes auspicious and marks the declaration of their love to each other! Impulsively,he lifts Dhani up in his arms and spins around slowly.. he had seen Tripurari defile Dhani with such an action.. she loathed it ..but today her whole being allows Viplav as he is the one man , she found out ,that she loves!
Big news meets mixed bag of reaction some positive and some not so..Back at AN things carry on as usual. Kanak prepares some special snack for Viplav that shalu picks at ,her mother calls her a derogatory term. Viplav comes in whistling pretends to be a flying aeroplane! Dances with his dada ji , hugs his dadi and his dada asks the reason for his happiness? then in great flair, Viplav sighs and informs his family he has changed his mind about leaving for Boston.. his sister is over the moon he rips his ticket! and calmly his dada asks the reason for not going? and in response his hugs his dadi ..his dada asks and what's that colour? he replies it's the colour of his love.. and whispers ,dhani has said to marrying him!
At the Ashram Dhani gets the approval from her mother and the rest of the widows
Viplav gets approval from his dadi and shalu and ecstatic he declares, to day he is overjoyed! wants to dance, meet no one, talk to no one !just remain drunk in joy
Indrani lauds Dhani for taking the right decision.. as watch! how her life changes
Kanak on the other hand reminds her son, this decision will change the course of his life ,he says he knows! and that it'll change for the best! and he suggests to his mother let her anger against Dhani go! for if she sees Dhani with his eyes she too will fall in love with Dhani but she tells him clearly that will never happen ! over her dead body will Dhani become this house's DIL!
While at the Ashram Sita maa blesses Dhani.. but Dulari is concerned about Kanak accepting her daughter.. Inderani reminds her the ultimate decision will be maha pandits if he approves then all will accept!
Dadi tries to defend Dhani but Kanak sticks her heels in and viplav goes for help to Dashrant to ,convince his mother, but Kanak yells what's he going to tell me! he himself doesn't wish to see her as the dil of this house..but Viplav ignores the important fact that Kanak blurts out and carries on his tirade,that he loves Dhani and he'll marry her and its his life it's his decision on his life! and he'll decide who he will marry and no one else! Kanak bad mouths Dhani and he tells her to stop her drama and that he too has decided Dhani no none else! Kanak glares at him and says she'll set herself alight . Viplav rolls his eyes and then Dashrant shouts stop and assures he'll go to the Ashram and after that he will give a decision !
Dashrant comes to the Ashram true to his word. Dulari says she is concrrned about what banras would say about his family..she admits her daughter loves Viplav! but conivvingly, he tells Dhani if Viplav loves her than who is he to stop him! asks Dulari to bring shagin and come to the Ashram next day..,Dulari is well pleased .
Viplav phones Dhani.. she confirms to him he is nice person
Kanak complains, about his decision and is annoyed that widows coming tomorrow and, he says, do as you wish with Dhani! he is not going to stop her, as this is the last chance kanak will get to stop the wedding..the idea is to create such a mess ,that both Dhani and Dulari abandon the idea of considering the marriage. make none the idea that Dhani's foot in the house bodes ill for both families..
So now that love is known to both of them, the next section is to see how strong their love will be in, facing conflicts it comes across.. so family drama verses the lovers.. The episode in term of her role is concerned, for me belongs to Eisha ,as Dhani.. she is so uncontrived and fresh in her acting.. such a surprise she is, something not seen before.. so to me her acting is of great interest.. Precap kanak welcomes Dhani, come in was waiting for you my child.. and then she slaps her and assaults Dhani ! is going to hammer the vase ,Dashrant grabs her hand and slaps kanak on her face and Viplav looks on in rage.
