Today's episode reminded me of moral study lessons in school. I would say to myself but I already know about these boring issues.. my mum and dad too drummed them in my brain when I was in my home environment. I had expected something more challenging than being told to tell fibs is wrong. One must keep a promise if one makes one. for when I was a child I was told not to tell a lie it is bad, full stop; it's when I started growing up the significance and seriousness of falsehood, dawned on me .That to lie is to conceal the truth. I also learnt that lying and concealing facts can be done for various reasons . One of them can be to protect the one we love from hurt. We can lie also to benefit personal gain and above all to spare ourselves from some form of punishment. Lastly to prevent our own image from being tarnished, or to land someone else in trouble. That whichever way I saw it to lie was immoral, and when it is revealed someone does smart. So better to speak the truth it sets you free! The other issue that is touched upon in this episode is that of making a promise. When a pledge is made, the person who makes it, is duty bound either to himself or to the other party he makes the promise too..
Dashrant has a serious man to man talk with Viplav. By word of mouth which is as good as a signed document he emotionally burdens down Viplav by telling him that all his estate is Viplav's .That he has great expectations of him, but he feels he is fighting a losing battle as Viplav lied ! about his whereabouts. Dashrant wants him to explain why he lied? Viplav apologizes, and explains his intentions were not to hurt. But Dashrant wants an assurance, a promise from Viplav, that he'll never even step in the street where ashram is.. the promise is all set to take place but Tania's timely entry onto the room prevents the oath, from taking place! is deferred..
Viplav has a go at his friends.. some mates are they? explains why he lied to his dada ji but soon drops the suject. Viplav says forget it.. Tania asks him who he was musing about ? he brushes it aside. Tania had assured Dhani and the widows she would help them.. here she serves a reminder to Viplav of his moral duty.. she reiterates, Dhani.. and the widows.. they have been deserted by their families where will they go if that ashram is taken from them?.. who will give them shelter? Viplav at first is disinterested and she says you'll have to fight and take up their case again please.. Tania reminds him of their oath ceremony where they had sworn that they will would fight the case of the needy.. this is his first case. think of the self -respect he will earn when he fights for their cause.. she impresses upon him.. besides upholding the cause of humanity is what matters the most to a lawyer, also what could be a better start for us than the blessings and good wishes of those widows.. once again Tania, Viplav's friend is a positive presence between him and Dhani..
Kanak entices Dashrant diverts his intention.. probes about what he thinks about expelling this girl Tania. from the house and out of Viplav's life.. he recalls friends words the Viplav was out all night with Dhani
Dulari probes Dhani about the case progress. Whether Dhani spoke with the other lawyer. Dhani says, he's asking for a lot of money.. where will get so much cash from??..Dulari trusts Dhani completely Tripurari, is dismissed off as a stigma! An undesired truth of Dashrant's life.. Tripurari is scoffed at as a scavenger! a black crow fed good food but it still sticks his beak in muck, as it's his nature ! he is accused of lying ! as last night Viplav was with the widow and not as Tripurari lied and said he was nowhere near the ashram? trip says that's impossible he kept a watch on the ashram door.. you have been misinformed. Dashrant raged, he was asked to keep an eye on Viplav not the door! if that was the case he would havekept a dog !! wouldn't have bothered with him! oh may be he was collecting his mother's dues from Dashrant by staying with him .. Dashrant confess the truth, it was his mistake, he wanted to teach Tripurari a lot! his mistake that he trusted him. He thought that the sense of service that his mother had was in him as well , as Tripurari hadn't inherited anything of Durga's traits.. Durga hose eyes close with devotion as soon as she sees him! and then there's you tripurai who despite seeing everything keep your eyes closed and act blind!
Dulari trashes out some stark truths with Dhani.. why won't she talk to that lawyer again.? now that it's clarified that he doesn't have the papers.. see if he fights our case it'll be free of charge if we hire another lawyer he'll charge us a lot, where will we get the money from? Dhani says, why would he want to fight our case? he's said so already! Dulari says why do you say that? he's a straightforward man and supportive.. like he saved you from pandit and brought you home didn't he? a new lawyer might not understand our needs like he does. ..why don't you talk to him once.. I trust your decision child.. why are you being stubborn? Tell me? Dhani stomps off mum he won't help us ,just likes to make a fool out of us ... The truth to avail ??
The truth is clear and bold for all to see now..I shall be fighting your case!! Viplav shouts from the door way and Dhani turns to look at him. and with him stands Tania too! Dulari walks to the door way and he says that we'll work our guts off to get your ashram back! I know I said I wouldn't, I was put off by the scene created out side the dm 's office. but now I have decided that I'll fight the case for you. Raj laxmi runs to the door and says, this means you'll fight our case?? and he snubs her , was I speaking in another language that you didn't understand me?? but on one condition ,that all the residents of this ashram admit that they don't have a problem in having me fight this case! and he looks at Dhani...
Dashrant says to Tripurari , so it seems to me that you can't be durga's son! you are the dirt and filth of my flesh, you repulse me! tripurai clenches his fist, as he notices Kanak listening to him being pulled to pieces , from the entrance door of the house and storms off! Dashrant grinds, useless waste of space! tripurai faces the truth of his worth.. scum of his father's deed!
Dulari assures Viplav of the reality , no my child none of us have reservations.. what ever happened was due to the missing file.. and Viplav replies ,that I too know kaki.. this happened due to that file ,due to which I have become the biggest rakhshas! and he looks past Dulari at Dhani in the back ground.. Tania reiterates Viplav never had the file.. but don't you worry ,we'll try to get a duplicate copy of the file made.some complicated truths and realities explained about technicalities accepted in judiciary! rajlaxami says, is that possible and Tania says yes, it can be done. Dulari presses her hands and says thank you so much.. we have great hopes from you and Viplav says ,not yet kaki.. presently I am waiting upon the bundle of complaints to say yes ! and he looks expectantly at Dhani... who walks up till the tulsi plant symbol of their home.. and speaks out, what-ever I did ,I didn't do it deliberately.. if everyone else has no objections against you fighting the case ,then I don't have any either. Today our shelter is more important rather than my hatred toward's you! and besides I don't have another option, so I too reluctantly say yes! she gives him a cold stare ... How much of Dhani's declaration of consent true?? her manner appears changed towards him what manner of front is this? is she wary of what Rajlaxmi carped about her as being soft on Viplav?
The truth now gushes out like a flash flood Tripurai lashes out at his father's picture at home. His mother protests and he tells her our place in his life is lower than his spit and you are nothing but soap that washes him and I the dirt that comes off his body.. illegitimacy abhorrence brought out.. he tell his mother, they say lord Krishna was killed by his hunter. same will it be with Dashrant , Triparari will kill him.. she reminds him of the truth, it's because of his mercy we live and tripurai says the truth .. we only live off his scraps I work hard and in return he wants our souls... your devotion and my are trust.. but there is a limit to everything if you pressurize someone.. he either breaks or he retaliates by harming.. and Tripurari ,tells his mother he will ask for his father's name for he knows how to fight for his right. .. will this truth be accepted and honoured by Dashrant?
Dulari invites Viplav and Tania .. Dhani stands near the tulsi altar .. Viplav wants the truth and he asks Dulari are you two related to her?? she says, she my buchai. He gives Dhani a small defiant glare. and sits on the charpoy. Rajlaxmi comes and apologies to him. Viplav looks at Dhani and engages her into a conversation, is someone going to offer us some water or will apologies continue? and Dulari tells Dhani to get water as he asked her but before she could Rajlaxmi runs past her to get water. Tania says we have taken tomm 's date for hearing.. and Dhani says we don't have the relevant papers , and he asks Dulari was your daughter always feisty, and angry like this since childhood? or did something happen to her a few years back? watch! how she is looking at me like a ferocious cat about to scratch me ! I tell you if it was some other lawyer in my place he would have run out of the door by now! he scoffs Dhani as he knows that Dulari has now a soft spot for him..Dulari glares at Dhani to behave, then he explains , original and duplicate papers are now our responsibility don't you worry we'll take care of everything.. original papers will be copied and Dhani asks innocently where will they be found ? and he gibes, why at the sweet meats shop where else ?that's where you get them! you find papers in offices !he snubs her and Tania reprimands him ..and explains to Dhani that Viplav meant the papers will be found from relevant offices ..of water, electricity and land registry and Dhani replies, I understand and Viplav , gibes thank you for understanding and then asks to leave as they have to prepare for the case.. Dulari suggests Dhani show go for identifying papers but she is reluctant ,but Rajlaxmi is willing .. I am ready and he says, we're not go to the funfair you know and she scoots off.. and Viplav says to Dulari who thanks him a lot. tell your buchia to hurry up we're waiting outside as we don't have all day !
The truth is Viplav fancies her ,and he is bold and boisterous in showing it too.. he is a good lad, trust worthy hard working and sensitive to others needs. He is strong enough to admit his botch ups and has no problems in making apologies about them. his manner in her ashram today was a mixed bag of tease, soft scoffs, and occasional brief glares.. the case he is beginning to fight is to get real Dhani spirit out! slowly.. he has already seen that there is a spark, a vitality, a hardy determination in her .. He wants her to share it with .. the world.. she is his woman in white whose being stirs his soul.. Viplav.. is this the truth??

Loved the episode..all the scenes were full of substance.. Tania, Tripurari , and lastly Viplav babaa, and buchia ,bundle of complaints.. good .. tit for tat!

Here this is for you .. he gives her a choc bar and she chatters away excited chocolate my mum used to give it to me to make up with me!!! and he stares at her ,then suddenly she restrains , as he says good at last after many days you have accepted something from my hands..
