Dadi and her would be bahu

I am so confused with Dadi and her thought process. She does not want to have a Bahu like Ishqi who would probably listen to all of Dadi's reasonable (being the key word) demands because she knows how important Dadi is to Ahaan.

To make matters worse she is happy with a scheming, conniving and ruthless bahu like Rhea. should'nt she be worried what Rhea might get upto after she becomes Ahaans wife and family.

This just makes no sense what so ever.

I think Dadi doesn't prefer Rhea now too.

IMO if this was not related to Savtri and what she did with her, no matter how cunning Dadi is, she would end up preferring Ishqi over Rhea but now we have Savitri's angle so things are different.

I think Savi’s family values & ability to win everyone over must have been very similar to how Ishqi is now, when she came into the Malhotra family & probably got bad treatment fm hubby with saas covering up. But, with one major difference - unlike Savi, Ishqi is not afraid & can stand up for what is right (which includes correcting the historical injustices of Dadi). Dadi realises both these facts. That is why she is against Ishqi.

It is not about Ishqi or Rhea but it is about Ahaan. Ishqi is changing Ahaan, she controls his emotions. But Rhea has no authority over Ahaan. That's why Dadi wants Rhea so that Ahaan will always listen to Dadi. For Ishqi, Ahaan can go against dadi.

well said. agree with you. 👍🏼 if she could go to any lengths to achieve what she wants, I would not be surprised dadi killer her own son.
