I think Rhea is smart enough not to tell Ishqi anything directly. She knows Ahaan will go crazy if she interferes with Ishqi's matter. I guess she and her mother will arrange better job for her in another city. Ishqi will agree to take it as it is a much better job and AVM is getting married to Rhea, she won't want to see them again. It will just hurt her so she will leave

I think she did it with consent. In last 6 months, Ahaan detached himself from her even more, so she is not in love with him. She might have been looking for other guys and got pregnant.
