No that is not possible. Even if it is through Ishqi's phone, no one will agree IShqi clicked pics as she was with Ahaan. And Sonu-Raj wedding happened so pics were not released, someone stopped him

I have major complaints with the production team of this show. It has gotten worse for obvious reasons but I mean WTH was that.

Like they should have put Sonu's Varmala first and then Ishqi's. It was very weird to see Ahaan go from 😭 to in seconds. This kinda made his reaction to Ishqi , given he has feelings for her , pretty irrelevant.

There have been many such scenes in other episodes.
