If he is hiding in the dugout and not batting at his destined number (4 or 5), then he has only himself to blame.

Doesn't matter if he is out of form and getting out quickly. He is the captain and a proper middle order batsman.. come and face the music.

The pressure of being the highest paid player and not performing up to expectations is pretty evident here
