223 in the first game and 211 today. Delhi Capitals are flexing their strong batting line-up in the competition. Lanning and Shafali got them off to a flier once again and added a 60+ stand within the powerplay. The skipper carried on and notched up another 70, Capsey came out and kept the boundaries flowing, while Jonassen played a blinder at the death. Rodrigues too played her part to perfection and was involved in an unbeaten 67-run partnership with Jonassen. UPZ read too much into the surface, so much so that they delayed the introduction of Deepti and Ecclestone which resulted in DC getting off to a strong start. This is a massive total and without Grace Harris to bail them out, it is not going to be easy.

DC should easily won this....
