Back-to-back shelllackings for the RCBs. They were smashed for 223 in the last game, today, 155 was chased down with 34 balls to spare. They need to think long and hard on this bowling, which isn't worrying anyone at the moment. Three wickets so far in the two games and all of them to spinners, the pacers have been poor and no one has been able to show any kind of control. They looked very strong after the auctions, but it has all come apart within two games. With the bowling looking weak, it has put their batters under extreme duress, forcing them to constantly aim for an above-par score today. Tonight was one such day, the run-rate was constantly good, but they kept losing wickets in bunches and that meant they could never gain any sort of ascendency with the bat. 155 wasn't going to trouble any team, not to this powerful MI batting line-up. Hayley Mathews followed up on her 3 wickets with an unbeaten 77, Yastika chipped in with 23 and Nat-Sciver was brutal during her 55*. Smriti looked lost for ideas and she perhaps needs to get a hang on the captaincy as well.

Smriti Mandhana | Losing captain - We could have learnt to put down a better score. We have to accept this defeat and come back better. 2-3 batters got into 20s but could not make it count including myself. We do have a good bowling side, we have 6-7 bowling options and we can't say much to the bowlers when the batters are not putting up the runs. It is a pretty short tournament and we can't dwell on it, even in franchise cricket if you start winning then you can go on a run. Lots of positives in the form of Kanika and Shriyanka's batting after the top order collapse, really happy with the way they batted.

Harmanpreet Kaur | Winning captain - I think batting was the same, we bowled better in the first game than today, but we did well to restrict them to a small score. We just backed ourselves to chase, everyone in the team are just happy to do it their way and they're enjoying themselves. It happens in T20s (on the slower over-rate), you need to give that extra minute to the bowlers.

Hayley Mathews | Player of the Match - There wasn't much difference, was able to bat a bit longer today, the freedom in this MI team has given me plenty of confidence. They're going well at the moment, watching the ball nicely and the ball is coming on nicely. They did put me under pressure in the 1st over, but it was nice to come back well. We've so many match-winners in the team and Harman is leading us well.

So, MI are looking like the team to beat at the moment, having registered 2 wins out of 2. On the other hand, RCB have plenty of work to do and they need to start doing it as soon as possible. That ends the 4th game of the WPL and we'll be back tomorrow for another exciting encounter. D

It was just a prediction. It was a under par total and MI is one no no sense team with great batting line up and ofcourse dew factor.

RCB lost the match when they lost 4 wickets in 8 deliveries. There was no chance of coming back after that.
