Nope. Bhanu is the second eldest. Then came Samba

How's it weird? Isn't Bhanu Satyabhama's son, and Samba Jambavathi's? Maybe they got pregnant at the same time.

Online it says Samba was one of the youngest. All the wives had borne children and only Jambavathi was childless for a long time, and when she went complaining to Krishna, she became pregnant with Samba.

Satyabhama is by order the third Bharya. Then, shouldn't have Jambu gotten the son first.

See, there is a story. Samba is a small ansh of Lord Shiva. So, Lord Krishna does penance, and that was the time Jambavathi complained about being childless. Hence, Samba was born, to bring about the destruction of Yadukul. Lord Shiva is called The Destroyer.

However, SB says that Jambavathi had 10 sons from Krishna, and Samba was the eldest.

Even though Satyabhama was the third wife, Krishna married both her and Jambavathi around the same time, so I think either of them could have become pregnant first.

Yes, I too grew up learning the story that Samba was an ansh of Lord Shiva, born for the purpose of Yaduvansh's destruction.

Apparently, all seven wives of Krishna had children except Jambavathi, and when she tearfully went to Krishna to grant her children also, he did penance to Lord Shiva and after that she became pregnant with Samba, and after Samba's birth her other children were born. Jambavathi's children were the youngest of Krishna's sons.

I don't think SB really clarifies which of Krishna's children were older than the other. It only mentions Pradyumna as the eldest, and after him all others were born.

Will someone write an OS on Suthanu's marriage to Bhanu. From what I have gathered Satyabhama had put her foot down saying that she will only have Draupadi's daughter Suthanu as her daughter-in-law.😆

Which Pandava's daughter was Suthanu?

And did Draupadi have any other daughters?
