If Valmiki wanted to name it after Hanuman, why did he name it 'Sundara' Kanda and not 'Hanumat' Kanda ?

^^^^ From what I read, Valmiki did want to name it after Hanuman, but Hanuman objected. Valmiki then suggested to him the name 'Sundar' and Hanuman agreed, probably unaware that the 'Sundar' here was named after him.
