oh yaa... really... I loved the dialogue deliveries of the actor during UK alot... even their eyes were talking...
though during Baal Kand, it was more of eye conversation between Ram Sita ... they were both shy n trying to b frank with each other in every step.. It looked so sweet... but when it was UK..they were a REAL KING n QUEEN OF THE UNIVERSE
From dialogue to posture , everything improved of the actors (including the rajmatas n other family members)...

I also loved the Sita n Ravan's part... lovedd Debi mam to the core in this.. fire was coming out of her eyes (though later I heard from you all that Sita was little calm than that which was shown in ASR)..
and obviously the crying scenes of Sita... ufff... its was flawless.. we all cried with herr... but whereas, I those scenes of Guru sir (after seperation) looked little fake to me... I mean it looked as if he is trying to cry (though it was also improved later)...

Yes dear, all the actors improved.

And it's true that Sita was supposed to be more patient than what ASR showed, but the thing is that RCM shows Sita as very calm and soft during her abduction where Valmiki Ramayan adds a bit more fire and justice into her character...for example, during Sita Haran in VR, Sita talks very cuttingly to Ravan and it is described that it seemed as if fire was coming out of her eyes. ASR follow VR more than RCM when it came to characterizations, because both Ram and Sita were more human in VR than RCM...they felt more anger, pain, and emotions than Ram and Sita in RCM, and you can see that in ASR. However, ASR did take that out of proportion in some scenes, especially in Lanka scenes. Otherwise the characterizations were fine.

The Lanka scenes were not terribly bad except when Sita lost control of her anger and slapped that rakshasi, or when she sent widows' sari to all of Ravan's queens...I hated those scenes because they portrayed Sita Ma to be out of control and always angry. As for the Sita-Ravan samvaad ones, they were alright from Debina's side (except, like I said, when she did not talk in a controlled manner), but I really disliked Akhilendra Mishra as Ravan so those scenes always looked comedic to me...I only like a few scenes of Sita's abduction, and they include all the memory scenes Sita shares with Trijata, the one where Sita shows Ram's vishvaroop to Ravan, and the ones where she shows more patience and gentleness. Otherwise, I think Kishkindha Kand and Yudh Kand which centered around Ravan could have been improved.

You know, I don't really think it's Gurmeet's fault that his tears looked a bit forced during Kishkindha Kand...those scenes were written that way, they were kind of unnecessary because Ram was never restless and frustrated during his search for Sita. He was sad, yes, and there was one scene where he was angry at Sugriva for all the time he took, but he was not restless, so there was not much Gurmeet could do to improve those scenes when they were not written well. It was almost as if the Sagars were trying to kill some time during those scenes, because the story did not proceed and maybe some of the actors had taken a vacation so they couldn't film the important scenes without them.😳

ohh...may be...I didnt read any book related Ramayan...n not even saw the show (ASR)...so have very little knowledge about them 😳

I was talking about the UK... where I thought that Guru sir lacked in d crying scenes ... but I got the thing..thanx

ndtv imagine is closing down !!

cast of ramayan must be very sad to hear the ndtv imagine is closing down !! many of them began their career in the television industry through ramayan in ndtv imagine, so they must feel a bond with imagine tv! im so sad right now, i guess that means no more reruns of ramayan😭, except maybe in star utsav channel which always airs old mythological shows?

Awww This is a real Sad News...😭😭

I do fell a close Connection with NDTV specially bcoz of Ramayan ...

We also have watched Pati Patni or Woh which is also one of my favourate shows...

Will Surely Gonna miss NDTV...😭
