I have got to see this series now. That's going to be EPIC. Certainly it'll be the most amazing tapasya scenes ever...it's not just that Nimai is so fierce, but that he's such a focused actor, too! Everything he does is so intense.
Amit took over as Indra on disk 17 of Shree Ganesh (which was rather odd - the series only went up to disk 21, so it was a very late change). I haven't gotten to those episodes yet, but I've seen clips on YouTube, and you're right, he's very miscast as Indra. Amit plays calm serenity so beautifully - he really was a heartbreakingly lovely Vishnu, and my favourite in the role to date - but Indra is only calm and serene for about five minutes of any given series! In the few SG scenes I saw online, Amit was so cool and unruffled that I couldn't tell whether demons were attacking heaven or whether someone had just gotten his lunch order wrong.
Still trying to brace myself to get back to disk 31 of ONS. Every time Shiv comes on screen, I get annoyed. And Samar doesn't come back until disk 41, I think?! I might skip ahead until they get back to more demon-battles...
yea, nimai bali looks good in silver armor too...........which reminds me of how unpractical that is......SILVER or GOLD ARMOR.........very shiny.......in INDIA.........in the SUN........is that helping? i wonder if they ever died of skin cancer...........ā¢ļø š or radiation haha

We were watching ONS again a few weeks ago, it's been a while, and i think this is the ep b4 the arc of mahishasur story, um with damnasur (š¤£) i thought how stupid is Shukracharya, he KNOWS Parvati can get mad at him, he knows a lot of things, yet he thinks that they can KILL GANESH?!!?!?!?š¤£š¤£š¤£ I couldn't stop laughing.
And then after indra & narad etc. etc.............they cut to Kailash........and then Shiva........and then we burst out laughing so hard........idk something about yashodan....if u don't see him 4 a while instead of getting annoyed the second you see him...... you just burst into a fit of laughter, it was like 'hey look a joker on a rock!'lol sorta, and my dad looked at both of us in a funny way, but he knows how much i can't stand that guy soo.........hahaha i burst out laughing even THINKING of him now! LOL
But fortunately for me, Samar is there in Shakti & VP YAY! lol (although i really liked the way he looked after sati died......his hair was a mess etc. but it looked awesome!!! haha....altho there was a scene when he & gauri got married & he was in this big beady shiny gold thingy which looked AWFUL ON HIM!!!! he's too skinny for it!!! it's like there's head this HUGE 'thing' that looks like the ancient chinese method for trapping prisoners ( a big board around their neck)....except modifiead.....it was awful!!!)
so now.......i'll have to go see some more and pick on some more hahaha
