There...U said it all....and that is the reason for my topic...' A better show WITHOUT...'...all the additional things that u mentioned above.

I have a feeling...my post gave a wrong impression dear...am not good at expressing...kindly reread my post...as this post can be made ONLY after watching all the events that took place...as the show is nearing its end and not before or in the middle...this has got nothing to do with the deserving candidate Nahid / Nithyashree....the post is more for the Judge to be just - THE JUDGE...and the role that should be played by them...but then as someone rightly pointed out...it is a reality show...and I am here JUST expressing my point...for participants and a better show.

Let me add...would be happy if Nahid or Nitya wins as according to me both are fab...kindly read my previous comment..to clear ur doubt and my liking towards my fav 2...here is the link https://www.indiaforums.com/forum/indian-idol-junior-season-2/4457153/hain-performer-of-the-day?pn=2😃

Hope it explains what I want to convey...my best wishes to ALL four😃

oh no no , i didn't mean that . i read your post earlier too . i have seen that both the girls are your favorite .

i am just saying the things in general that when other contestants got some privilege and favoritism then nobody had any problem especially for nityashree but now when nahid is getting something then it is a problem . when the fact is that getting an singing offer during a show is nothing wrong , it's their talent .

i have read your post and if you see in my second post in the thread i have agreed with you in many parts . there is nothing wrong in your post , you just stated your own POV like me . 😊

my post above was not directed towards you but i was talking in general . 😳

Thanks for making this topic. I am really disappointed by how little actual guidance the judges give to the contestants. This seems to be the general trend in all musical reality shows. Encouraging kids is good, but hyping them up might cause them to get over-confident. I sure miss the days of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa, where judges like Sonu Nigam and Suresh Wadkar would give useful and genuine feedback.
I wonder if these music directors / actors actually follow through with the offers they make on TV. I feel these kids are too young to start playback singing. They should focus on bettering themselves and keep practicing. Clearly, all of them still have a lot to learn (music is a never-ending journey IMHO).

Again, my post is not directed at any particular contestant. Nor am I posting because I don't think Nahid should get a chance. I'm only posting because I liked the TM's post and this has been on my mind since a very long time.

Yup, those were the days! The juniors these days are not only well prepared before they come for the auditions, but many of them come already having been part of other talent shows.

Also, they cannot be called out on their mistakes, because they could just be having a bad day!

Even the contestants that do not win have been known to go on and have successful careers in bollywood.

They could even end up being more successful than the judges, that is how good they are.

All these factors make it difficult for the judges to comment on their performances.

Besides, they are still children, their mistakes should not be called out on national television.

That would make the juniors show more like other reality shows where drama gets written, for the sake of entertainment.

true winning does not guarantee a carrier !! even previous shows they used to tell singers they are going to give them a break ,but they just make them record one song for formality and then thats it
