Indian Idol 1 finalists, Rahul Vaidya and Prajakta Shukre, are so smitten with each other that their proximity was embarrassing at the Jjhoom India shoot

Indian Idol 1 contestants Rahul Vaidya and Prajakta Shukre's romance is getting stronger. On the very first day of the shooting of SaharaOne's upcoming show Jjhoom India, on Tuesday at a studio in Mira Road, Prajakta entered arm-in-arm with Rahul.

The SaharaOne people responsible for the show, were pretty up set by her presence. Says an eye-witness, "It was terribly annoying to see Rahul spending so much time with Prajakta. She came with him in the morning and was sitting next to him right through the rehearsals."

Prajakta continued to be a distraction for Rahul, even as the cameras rolled. The eye-witness adds, "She sat right in the front and kept cheering Rahul. There is no doubt that Prajakta and Rahul are head over heels in love, but why make it so loud and distract other people on the show? Come to think of it, Rahul too was spending a lot of his time flirting with her. She even went and sat in the vanity van where Rahul was resting in between the shots."

When contacted, Rahul denied Prajakta's presence on the set. When we told him that people had seen her with him on the set, he hurriedly said, "Well, she is soon going to come."

Prajakta held on to her boyfriend's stand, saying, "Very soon, you shall see me there."

The eye-witness shoots back, "I don't know why Rahul and Prajakta are lying. Wish they were more discreet about their closeness."
