uhm nyways back to this...uhm no offense to ny1 im not bashing prashant or nything but y does he look chinese? or is it jus me..?? i mean was he born in china n thn came to india for indian idol or sumthing..sum1 plz tell me

im sorry if ny1 thinks tht im mking fun of him or sumthing cuz i m not...im jus curious to no his background..cuz i sterated to watch II3 like 2 weeks ago..so ya don no much..lolz itd b nice if sum1 told me bout him..cuz i really like him n his singing..hope he wins!

He is an Indian and he is Nepali origin not Chinese. Meiyang Chang was Indian who was from Chinese origin.

He is a Nepali origin Indian... there are many casts in Nepal... people living in hilly regions with certain casts(his caste belongs to one of them) are mongolites(have mongolian feature), they have chinky eyes and, have looks similar to Chinese or one of the east asian.
