I'm failing to understand why some people cross so many line's when their favourite is eliminated. Yes, you are dissappointed. Yes, it is unfair. BUT, it doesn't give you the right to put down other contestants, just because the person YOU are supporting has gone. There is nothing wrong is expressing your frustration or unhappiness, yet why some people need to divulge into blaming the other's who are left, is out of my understanding. There are some awful comment's I've read, saying Prashant is here ONLY because of the Indian Army Force, or because of regional support, implying, I guess that he is talentless. Ankita is accussed of being in the competition just because of her matka-jhatka's, and I feel like people are stooping to disgusting heights to make excuses for the presence of people who the audience is voting to keep in.

I personally think that Ankita does put more thought and energy into her performance than signing, and that Prashant needs to fix his diction and bring more life into his performance, yet I don't know why suggestions, such as, a regional voting bank, are being presented as justification for his presence.

Can it not be forgotten, as to, WHO is voting for these people, and can we just enjoy a healthy competiton rather than making rationalizations of our own?

I'm a silent reader on the II Forum, and it truly feels bad to see people in such a state of angst. I hope that no one takes offense to my post, because it is only written to ask people to be more far-sighted.

i agree with u.and everyone has the right to say their opinion.
its good to share what they feel.but its wrong to write bad things about the contestant.
i mean if u hate somebody then its ok keep it between u.
(don't get me wrong)

that's all i wanted to say.

love ya all.
riya.

oh come... its only human. one has to be a saint if one can gulp down the bitter disappointment of seeing your favourite go out after being so emotionally involved with them and voting for them and relishing every scrap of info you get on them.

what do you think this is - a gentleman's game? when your man is out are you to look at the rest and say clap and cheer the laddies?!

It is human, and an inital reaction. Yet if you dont choose to clap and cheer, you don't need to put down others. No one expects one to be a saint, but there are other ways of expressing dissappointment, that aren't discouraging. Dissappointment and mangling others are two very different things.
