Too many people are moaning big time against Prashant. Ok you can dislike someone, you can vote for your favourite, fine! But why spread useless propogandas against Prashant? The answer is simple - Prashant haters have corrupt attitude embedded in their mind. It's their inherent culture to be obsessively prejudiced against someone they dislike.
The total population of Nepali speaking people in the whole world is less than 30 millions. Out of which, more than 22 millions reside in Nepal alone. The population of India exceeds 1000 millions. And if you take into account the Indians living in gulf countries and UK where you are eligible to vote for Indian Idol from, their numbers outnumber the whole population of Nepalese worldwide. At the same time, Nepalese cannot vote for Indian idol from Nepal. Elsewhere, the ratio of native Nepalese to the ratio of native Indians is more than 1:5000. So what is this big fuss about? Pick your phone and vote for your favourite. Don't vote for Prashant because in your own words he is more Nepali than an Indian, as you say Prashant is only getting regional votes from Nepalese communities and some from police. We, Prashant lovers, are not begging you to vote for him. If you like to vote, do vote. If you don't, stop moaning about why we are voting for him?
Say, I have lots of money. But I don't want to spend a penny. So I always eat roti and daal. My neighbour earns a little bit but he enjoys rice and chicken. Should I open up my wallet or go and ask my neighbour to stop cooking chicken? Moreover, my neighbour doesn't come up to ask me for buying some chicken for him. Whats there to bother about one another then?
Democracy means rule of law, democracy means respect for others' choice, democracy means tolerance for opposing views, democracy means no discrimination against cast, colors, creeds and religions. So what happened to the world's largest democracy? Let me exercise my rights, you exercise your rights. You vote for your favourite. I vote for my favourite. You praise your favourite, I will praise mine. But don't come up with disgusting adjectives against my favourite and his voters.
Finally, who doesn't favour someone from his region? Ask a Gujrati how he feels about a Punjabi. Ask a Bihari how a Bengali treats him. And then talk about regional votes in this forum. As for the votes, I am a die hard fan of Prashant. Last week I voted 7 times for him. But I also voted once for Amit. I did what I wanted to do as per the voting rules. And I am not fussing about who you voted for. Prashant is my singing idol whether or not he wins the competition. Vote for others if you want him out. But don't bring your convoluted prejudices against my hero. And you know what talent hunting is about finding a raw talent. In other talent shows, trained people are not even allowed to take part. So Prashant is the best candidate by every means. But I won't come here to cry if he goes out. Because I don't have a corrupt attitude.
God bless you all.
