Ankita is the most consistent singer among girls. She needs to beat the 'gauri haseena' aur 'larko ke dil ki dhadkan', i.e. Ms Deepali first.

Then 19E, Sony and BMG will have one heckuva recording artist to work with. In fact, win or lose, I think Ankita has a very good chance of getting a recording contract. She's a gamble as there is currently no female in the mainstream who can be deemed a pop/rock superstar but Ankita can fill that void. Plus from a Marketing point of view, Ankita hits at the demos that prefer the contemporary, mainstream pop-rock sorta music. There's a lot to work with but alot will come down to luck, so Good Luck Ms.Mishra. You have at least one person (Moi 😉 ) who will buy your record the day it comes out.

i hope ankita doesnt become the next idol...but its quite probable as she seems to have a huge fan following...nothing against her, shes a pretty decent contestant, its just that there are more deserving ones than her ( amit, emon, deeps etc.)but i would rather have her win the title than chang or prashant...shes a neutral contestant for me...

i guess i wouldnt be angry but i dont really think she deserves the title in comparison to emon, amit, puja and deepali. for me, she is the weakest amongst the girls.
