I think it right, the judges shouldn't justify Amit performance like that. All my votes go for Amit 2, and it's pretty obvious that he's gonna win, but in a way, the judges are discouraging him from working even harder, especially Anu Malek. If he gets commments like that, he wouldn't feel like improving more, and it's also discouraging the other participants in a negative way.

I totally disagree with Anu Malik. He has no right to announce a winnner. Its not him but the janta will decide. Plus, it will discourage the contestants. I hope he understands it(i am sure he will never do that.) 😆 and OMG..! his bakwaas shayari😆.. even Udit jee started them.. 😆😆

And i don't know why but he can't stand Deepali, Chang and Prashant these days! He should encourage them instead of discouraging them.! 😭

I am with Alisha. I love how she is fighting against Anu's comments.

(No offense to Anu & Amit fanz)

maya, i made a similar topic on this, therefore copy and pasting it. the whole controversy about deepali chang became a hype becoz of sony displaying it as a lovey dovey thing as they brought it in roobaro. so now why anu malik is being blamed. giving a flower to anyone is ok but i am digusted how some people would turn out it into a story and then doubt if there is some love going on in between. when we made fun of their love stories in the forums it was done as a joke but i knew there was nothing going on between them, even i said it yesterday that deepali doesnt have a crush but i think indian idol stretched it very long. what anu malik said was right, he said after song and everyone is taking it in a different manner, he just wanted her to improve. its not his fault but indian idols fault for bringing the controversy unnecessarily if they didnt have brought it in roobaro all this judge fight wouldnt had happened i was shocked to see how peoples minds are played here. it was a very sad episode, parleen went like sportperson. i wont even comment on uditji, it was such a sad episode.

i am not parleens fan but i was sad to see todays episode. i think everyone has become emotionally attached to these contestants and there are some best contestants so one has to go. but all the best to him as javed ji said, he will do great!

i also feel that anu malik has been harsh to alisha these days, let he give her judgement, but what happened on elimination day, i dont see anu maliks fault. he always expresses such comments. also i think its more of the channel playing with their comments than them.

and i agree with you, i have been finding udit ji giving some wise comments. i thought it was only me, but i guess its not. i hope he can come out from his shell and gives more wiser comments.

no the judges have no right of saying that especially anu malik.. it makes the other contestants down and it makes them feel as if they're not good enough..

it's just not right.. and it's also unfair..

and this topic is also related to deepali and chang relationship anu malik has absolutely no right of interfering in deepali's life.. alisha was right it's her personal life leave it dont interfere in it wait or was that javed akhter..? (iono im confused) 😕

but anywho who ever said that was right.. the judges have to right im talking particularly to anu malik cuz he's the one who usually does that..

the judges are for the comments not to bud in their personal life..

omg. i totally agree w/ u guyz. ive been watching the show nd i feel that anu malik is interfering way 2 much. just like alisha sed- he shud only comment on their singing-there's no need to find a reason as 2 y sum1 sung bad. i also didnt like the way anu malik commented on prashants performance when he accused prashant of smoking. i feel that that is prashant's personal matter and if anu really cares 4 him then he should talk to prashant about it after the show and not in front of the whole world. i felt really bad 4 prashant- even though im soo against smoking.

i also feel that this deepali-chang thing is stretching too far. i mean its their personal business. and if there really is nothing between them then i feel really bad 4 deepali cuz every1 keeps bugging her about the whole "love" issue. no one really bugs chang. basically this whole deepali-chang issue should be forgotten and people have got to move on.

thats what i have 2 say about indian idol. im sry if i've offended any1.

this is what you call a reality show. One of the contestants of apprentice used to work with me and he told that the reality shows are like any other shows, where most of the stuff is pre-scripted so we shouldn't be blaming Anu Malik or Javedji per say.

These shows have a scripts without disclosing it and operate in certain ways. They hype each singer or certain singers at times to maintain's audiences' interest in the show. Also even though its said that the decision is based on the votes from janta, I would highly doubt that. They do allow contestants who are getting majority of votes to stay long enough ( to allow their business to flurish) but when it comes to choosing the best of the lot, I would think that its pre-determined which singer they would want to launch, experts from recording companies play a huge role in determining II3, though Janta plays a role in selecting which one will be there along with the pre-chosen II3. they create surprises, love controversies, sympathies, unexpected exits to increase show's popularity. This is all a game which looks like real-life but it isn't.

i wouldn't be surprised if the dialogues are given to everyone, contestants as well as Judges.

No hard feelings Amit's fans but I think he was hyped like any other contestants to maintain or increase show's TRPs, not to say he is a bad singer but in my opinion he is not the best either, Emon is the best male singer there I feel followed by Abhishek.

Speakin gof Amit here, I don't think its a matter of favourites at all... for those who watched Indian Idol 2, do you all remember when Anu Malik told Karunya when he sang "Kaava Kaava" that he is his Indian Idol?? He said practically the same comment to Karunya as he did to Amit on Friday... but, as we all know, Karunya didn't win II2.

Yes, what the judges say do have influence on the janta, but in the end, sadly, it's really what the janta thinks - there's only so much the judges can do. I think if the judges like the performances and feel really happy or satisfied with it, then they can voice their opinions - I mean, Anu has said some pretty harsh comments too, which have affected the voting somewhat, but he's said good things too... as have all the other judges. The week Anu said that Emon was the weakest amongst the boys, Emon got into danger zone - this past week, Deepali was in the danger zone after all what happened. So it really just depends, i'm not saying that Anu only has influence, but these are just examples...

So, I personally think it's fine if the judges say these things, just my opinion though 😛 😳
