If you want to compare the shows on air right now, then I would say that ASVOI has far better singers that both SAREGAMP and II3.

You are so true. they rock in evevry aspect.those gals like sumedha and poonam and boys like raja aneek amanat mussarat junaid harpreet the list toooooooooooooo strong. thats true true talent.. we can't compare them with anyone or any show

We can only know who is better if there was a common platform for the singers of all the three competitions with a common set of rules and conditions.

Indian idol contestants can give any singer on the other shows good competition if only they are groomed and trained even a fraction of their counterparts in SRGMP and SVOI.

I have a feeling that SONY tv is harming these talented youngsters by not giving them respite from all those publicity stunts. There is some information that the II contestants are given little time to practice their songs and they are made to toil for other gimmicks. It is told that they are not given even enough time to rest, getting maximum 3 to 4 hrs of sleep, the reason why so many of them are sick and look tired.

I don't watch ASVOI but SRGM girls are good too ...my fav is Sumedha and poonam but boys are too good in SRGMP

i agree wid u.difference is dat srgm singers are basicaly trained even before dey come in de show nd de show polishes deir talent ..dats why deir level is way way higher dan ii contestants..ii singers cant ever b playback singers but in srgm all r ready for de plyback..dey r de true talents but still ii is a good show to watch 😕

In my opinion all the singers are on the same level .. Since the format is different one automatically feels the other show is better .. I am sure if these guys are given the same traning and everything .. they would perform at the same level ..
SRGMP is such an old show and we all know it's reputation so sometimes one tends to blindly think that it is a better show .. And also because of the panel of judges too .. makes a whole lot of difference .. Takes it to another level ...

Having said that .. I don't think we can compare two shows as the rules of II section .. same goes with SRGMP ... There are two separate sections for some reason .. 😊

Talent wise SRGMP singers are way ahead of II. And I am sure we will hear the names of SRGMP singers as mainstream singers.

Having said that, II is fun to watch. Participants are there for fun too. No one has this urge or fire to prove themselves compared to SRGMP participant. Reason for this could be the age. All the participants on II are much younger than the participants of SRGMP.

I enjoy both the shows. SRGMP for talent and II for its rawness.
