for some reason, i was not as impressed with dipali yesterday, somehow i thot the song was sung a little thanda, her personality is the real sweet and softspoken and u know the "aaram se", "tehraav" kind of girl so she sang it like the way she is, but somehow the song is more disco like and that energy was missing, i thot. Sur wise no compliants and who am I to judge the sur, anyway, am not a singer, but then again i thot the energy levels needed for that particualr song was not there. Dont get me wrong, i want her to stay cos she is a good singer and had a beautiful voice, i love to hear her voice even when she speaks!

i agree with you 100%....no doubt Deepali is a very good singer with a sweet voice (perfect for playback) and....but i always feel there's something missing in her performance in spite of perfect sur....if she can put more feel or expressions into her songs she can be the complete package....2nd gala she failed to capture the mood of the song....

completely agree that she was completely thanda - it wasn't lively at all .I was totally surprised when the judges heaped praises on her. she sang it the way she says "thaaankyooou maaaam" when complemented after her performances.
