You remember the girl that performed in the theater round with Amey last year? I think her name was Jostyna. She didn't make it past the piano round but I read somewhere that she was doing stage shows. Maybe Ayesha's talent will be recognized regardless of that fact that she didn't make it to the galas and she'll be able to get famous anyway. 😛 😛

I am sad for Ayesha and Bhavin...Don't know why the JUNTAA has to vote for Suhit...After today's performance, I'd want Amit and Ankita to win...Amit is a really great singer and I hope atleast half of the 1.2 billion Indians recognize this!

Yes but Jyotsana was doing stage shows prior to II2. She was a professional singer (similar to Melinda of AI) and had done stage shows with ARR and other well-known singers.
As for Aisha, she sang really well yesterday even though she said she was nervous. I guess she didn't connect with the audience though. 😕

I think a major factor that cause this wonderful girl to be unable to be in the top 13 is because of the spelling of her name. Her name is AISHA, not AYESHA as many ppl on this forum address her...mayb ppl sms'd the wrong spelling n the votes didnt count! I really wanted her to cum in but i think this influenced her to not make it!
