Very well-said, that's one of the reasons why there is so much unrest in the North East and I'm very happy that people like Chang and Prashant are being judged by their talents and not their backgrounds. Keep voting for talent...

OMG, i just wanted to know a simple question, if he was asian other than indian, thats all, i dont mean to be racist, and i dont mean to be deragarotry, but man, why does it have to be a bad thing, if i am just simply asking what he is, this post some how led to discussion of how people should vote on talent, and not judge others by how they look, but WOW...i was totally not going there. i am myself mixed, (and to some i guess that word is deragatory), but from wehere i caome from, it is totally nothing bad, it just means that you have a are not just one ehtnicity. so guys, just get this clear, i am just simply asking if he was "mixed", thats all. and thanx for ya'll who did answer me, i learned more about nepal, it was very intersting to learn something new

This is a perfectly fine question according to me. 😊 No one is making any derogatory remarks towards his ethnicity - he is fabulous the way he is. 😃

Oh, and thanks a lot for the information, devrat! 😛

What do you mean by 'kind of indian'? It is this kind of attitude that people of different origins don't feel accepted in India. Accept diversity, cherish it and make it your strength and not your weakness. Like Chang is 100% INDIAN so is Prashant.

Would you say Emon is 'ya he is bengali. but lives in india. so kind of indian'. You most probably wouldn't so why say that of Prashant.
