Judges 'Are they afraid?'

The Indian Idol 3 contestents are so mediocre and the judges Alisha and Udhith seem to have no constructive criticism? None of them in the last twodays have been up to the mark. Even the Kids at star plus antakshari could teach them a lesson.

Every contestant seem to sing a semitone or half lower. Their lower notes are off and terrible. No punch in any of them most of them are acting like immature kids! The Judges are suppossed to work on their improvement!

Being great singers themselves they should be able to sing it out and correct them. It looks like they are there to save their images and not produce any good singers.

There must be something that Gajender Singh is doing right. The Star voice contestants and the Anthakshari participants sing extremely well. The Indian idol 3 has very little talent to boast about this time around.

Hope it all turns around and it will be worthwhile to watch!

I think the contestants have talent. But the show is focusing on x-factor, personalities (people having fights/crushes etc) much more. The judges are also giving very little constructive criticism regarding the singing. So the participants focus has also started shifting from singing to other things. Its a real pity, we could have watched some good perfs instead of all this drama.

You are right Soofs.Even when they criticise like your antara was flat etc etc, they should sing it and show the contestants what is the right way to do it.Otherwise how will they learn?

Yeahh seriously...the judges seem to acting like they are in kids' b'day party whr all the kids frm the neighbourhood are performing and they are onli thr to encourage and praise them/...i mean comeon....u r the judge..u r supposed to be knowledgeable in the field of music....tell them the technical points they need to improve on....most of all alisha...it's hard for me believe tht alisha has been in the music industry for almost 10-15 yrs plus....wht has she been doing all this time....wake up judges..if they keep this up...the singing level is certainly gonna plummet really low.... 🤢

I still enjoy sony shows..cuz they r much more natural and gajendra's have very talented singers , i agree but i dont enjoy them as much , cuz i feel sumthing is missing.

The contestants do have to work hard to keep II flag high.

Actually, I disagree with that..... I've been hearing a lot of talent from the singers.. most of them are really good.. now, at times, I felt that the judges were slightly too nice to some of them but i think for those people, they were looking at the overall performance and not the small things.

But that was in the beginning parts of the piano round - now, they do pick out a lot more things and give more criticism because the competition and the expectations are increasing...

As for Javed saab, he always says what is wrong and what is right 😊
