Koi x-factor nahi hota aur agar hota bhi hai to ek baar Indian Idol bane ke baad contestant sab kuch kar sakta hai. Woh II ka rutba usko confident kar deta hai, II ke pehchan uski personality ko nikhar dete hai, uske fan's usko sawar dete hai. Magar awaz maine dum nahi, agar sur pake nahi to kuch nahi hoon sakta.

Javed Ji very good points. What I think X factor is a person having a good personality. Qazi won fame gurukul because he had the looks and the personality, not the singing. Same can be said about Sandeep. While Arjit and Karunya had the singing but not the looks and the outgoing personality. Arjit on the other hand was a bit rude. However we can see who won the "khitab," the people that had the looks and personality. Again in contest like the Indian Idol it is proven that singing plays a role but looks and character are also taken into account by audiences when they choose their idols.
