| This week saw Karunya of Indian Idol fame celebrate his debut in Bollywood with Lage Raho Munna Bhai. The singer invited all of his friends to a housewarming party in Lokhandawala. Despite the traffic snarls due to Ganpati visarjan, a whole lot of Indian Idol and Fame Gurukul contestants made their way to Karunya's home. Neha Kakkar, Monali Thakur, Anita, Shekhar, Ajay and Leena and also Mini Mathur and Rakshanda Khan were there to enliven the party. Says a visibly touched Karunya, "I always wanted all my friends to come together like this, but since I am based in Hyderabad, I never got the chance. I felt so touched that everyone made it. I know I couldn't give each of them the personal attention I wished I could, but their support gives me strength. After all, life is all about friends." |
