Army team reaches Prince, to emerge from pit shortly


An Army team engaged in digging a tunnel to rescue a five-year-old boy trapped for more than 40 hours in a borewell are towards the end of the operation.

But concern is mounting in Kurukshetra, where the boy, Prince, slipped into the well on Friday while playing near it. When seen through CCTV, the boy, though naturally in a state of shock, appears to be reasonably fine, given the circumstances. He has been given water and food.

A fire brigade team from Mumbai is enroute to Kurukshetra to join the rescue effort, according to reports.

poor 5 yr old boy prince...

He was in the pit for abt 50 hrs...

he fell into well in friday 6PM....

Its 60 feet...

Me seeing this live last 6 hrs !!! so sad...

In camera saw him cry & getting snacks water chocolates...

He cant stand there he is just siittigng for 50 hrs..

OMG I cant beleive...Hope when he will be taken back he wont be having any health issues ....
