One more contestant to say goodbye to the stage of Indian Idol in tonight's episode…

Sony TV's popular music reality show Indian Idol 6 loses one more contestant this week. We hear that Charit Dixit from Banswara Rajasthan gets eliminated from the stage of Indian Idol this week.

Kaushik and Amitabh were in the bottom three along with Charit. Getting the lowest votes this week, Charit had to leave the stage.

This week the contestants of Indian Idol have been given a Naughty Nineties as the theme in which the contestants will be paying tribute to the music directors like Nadeem Shravan, Jatin Lalit and many others.

Can you please elaborate on your conspiracy theory? It is because of Ashaji that this show has some semblance of credibility. Pointing fingers at her, because of Charit's shortcomings is totally unacceptable.

Charit though blessed with a nice & smooth voice, just can't simply hit those high notes without lowering the scale, has been mostly flat and expressionless. He needs to do more riyaz. Good luck for his future.

By the way I wholeheartedly appreciate the II6 team for making the judges have a say in the elimination process this year. Leaving everything to Janta will give us only rotten apples.

Ashaji was never agaist him or anybody else. She just gives her expert opinion. If Charit was weak in his performance it was her job to point out mistakes. Charit does need some more training and rias. Better luck next time.

as sad as I am to see him go I have to agree that he was probably one of the very weakest contestants. Its sad that he is leaving but I hope he really improves and does something big in the future. Wish him all the best.

Sorry hope that we have lost a handsome guy.😭 I know our Dr. hope had a crush on him but don't worry we still have Vipul, Amit, Kaushik and Davinderpal in top 8. Go ahead and pick one of them.😆

OYE!!!! that was suppose to be my little secret how did you know??? But its okay Vipuls not that bad looking kinda chubby but i swear chubby people are at the sweetest LOL
