60% to 70% Indians are poor, that is majority India and there should be many singers coming out of that group.

We had Vaishali representing 70% poor Indians. I would love to see many others like Amit and Vaishali only then the show like Indian idol will be embrace all Indians

Amit represents vast majority of Indians.

I guess Ghandi ji or Bal Gangadhar Tilak said that real India lives in villages, means mejority of our indian polulation is poor. They can only do one thing to come out of their poverty that is to get their kids educated. It may be college or university education or in any other field like sports, music or craft. Some kids like Amit are born talented and they only need little guidance and training to get successful in life.

Amit has got a very powerful and sweet voice and he can sing in both sur and taal. I think his mentors or music teachers/creatives on Indian Idol are not doing justice with this boy. I mean nobody in these days can get success singing Mukesh ji's songs. His vice is not suitable for soft numbers and its not his jenre. They should give him songs sung by Kailash Kheer, Konal Gangawala, Sukhvinder singh, Master Salim, Rahat FAK etc. and this guy can do wonders.

It is sad that Amit will only last for this week and he will be eliminated. There are million arguments in favor and against him but nevertheless, will miss him if he goes out this week.

This guy is much better than many out there.

I agree with e veryone - Amit has an amazing voice. i wish him all the best - i know he will do well where his career is concerned. it would be great if he wins - i would love to see him record an album someday.
