Finals of 'Indian Idol 2' on Pehla
MUSCAT — The stage is set and the countdown has begun. The big question is 'Who will be Indian Idol 2?' Pehla brings you the finals stages of the Indian Idol on Sony Entertainment Television, on April 22 at 9pm. The final contenders are Karunya and Sandeep with Anuj being out of the fray. And the wait continues to be shrouded in suspense as to who will finally wear the crown.
From the looks of it, each of the contenders is pulling up his socks, giving it his best shot. On the one hand, there's the nation's heartthrob Sandeep and on the other hand there's Karunya, with his mellifluous voice which is a magnum opus in itself. The judges too seem excited about the grand finale. Ace choreographer and director Farah Khan said: "It is unpredictable to say who the conqueror of the battle will be. Personally, I want Karunya to be the next Indian Idol." Top-flight music director, Anu Malik, one of the other judges believes, "Seeing the fan following, I have a feeling Sandeep will walk away with the cake."
