Do you think that Karunya can only sing high pitched song?

I find lots of people in this forum complain that Karunya can only sing high pitched song and cleverly choose only those type of songs. Though I personally do not buy this argument and belive that Krunya is a good singer and can sing all type of songs, but want to know the forum members opinion on this.

Karunya is not better than Sandeep in terms of versatality and voice. He is only better in 'sur'. Otherwise Sandeep is far better than him. Amey was even better.

I beg to differ ! I think Karunya is a very versatile singer.He has been learning and practicing carnatic classical music since years.Singing low pitch songs is not an issue with him at all.If any of you saw the concluding song on 3rd April's episode in which Vishal and Shekar were the judges. The contestants started off with Ek mein or Ek tu hain Aur hawa mein jaadu hain.....(as a parting gift to V and S).It starts on a such a low pitch and to me only Karunya started on the right pitch as opposed to Sandeep and Anuj.He was very comfortable singing it as well.

Of course his voice is powerful and he can carry off the high pitch songs effortless and fantastically (which probably not many other contenders could).So whats wrong in singing such songs.

😆 u'v got a good sense of humour😛 Sandy's voice is his asset but that is not really versatile either so i dunno what makes u think tha the is versatile. pal waht versatality are you talking about. and FYI sur is the spine of a song...... its is important to have sing in sur. looking good alone doesn't make one a great actor singing is also similar, having a nice voice alone cant amke one a good singer. karunya can sing a variety of genre's of songs and he does not copy the original singer that places him in a pedestral where sandeep has a longggg longggggg way to reach.

Karunya is a complete singer in my opinion. He has very good range - both high and low and he sings with amazing control in high and low notes, never heard him falter.

Karu is one of those singers who has a rare voiceLike Arijit,Amit Sana)Now these 3 guys can sing any kind of song without any difficulty!!!And it is true!!!
