I am opening sttaing that i have always preferred karunya over Amey but also that i wanted the finals between these two (karu and Amey)and at that point i did not care who wins, either results would make me happy that i was a part of this show in that i loved to watch it, read about it in this forum and have emotionally journyed with the contestants as most of you have.
Today my heart was broken to see Amey leave, but upon thinking harder i believe that life is not about winning a game, its a collection of your experieces that make a unique pattenr for you and i can say for a fact that Amey Date has set a beautiful example for us all that singing is just one aspect of our life, there's more to it, its about your reactions, mannerisms, how you embrace failure and success at the same time. He is so gracoius and so respectful of the rules of the game, so polite and incredibly nice which is dufficult to believe. Anuj;s niece helped us little more by showing us a contrast right there as someone who was so disrespectful and rude. We all get emotional but to be able to think staright and act sensibly is tough and hats off to Amey's mom for giving those values in his son. I have tremendous amount of respect for his mother to have provided his son with such principles and i also thinj its lucky that she has a gem of a son.
Such a beautiful person, both inside and out, will only have an equally beautiful life, he will rise to the top!
I would like to end this saying that even if karunya wins the title now, which may be unlikely, but in the rare case he does, the victory will not hold much meaning to me.
