This is a competition. The contestants are competing with each other. The judges are "suppose" to be non-biased. they shld not compare the contestants with each other like sonu did. It will lower the confidence. There are ways to encourage a contestant or critisize him/her. sonu was definately wrong in comparing karunya and Amey. For that matter even Anu did the same mistake. ITs wrong and unfair.

Even Karunya was not soooooooo exceptional that uski itni tarif kar rahe the.. don't get me wrong I like karunya as well but he keeps singing sufi style songs and he needs to sing more soft romantic numbers as well. According to me he has not shown his range much.. He is best with sukhwinder songs or sufi style songs. He messed up hum tum track. So he is not great as well so the judges should refrain from comparing both Amey and Karunya.

hey karunya didn't messed up hum tum,it was great though not as great as his usual.and amey ,who according to you all is a complete package,messed up rand de basanti.so its an advice to amey STOP Singing such songs which are only popular,try to sing thoses songs which suits you.amey messed up mahi ve also

You got it wrong...This is competition and judges SHOULD compare contestants. If this weren't public voting, these three judges would actually be awarding them points and literally comparing them, which is what happens in all competitions. In fact, what do we do, rather what should we really be doing when we vote? COMPARE and vote for the best singer, which unfortunately does not happen because a large part of the audience is biased.

When I hear two equally good performances, I would also take into consideration what the experts have to say before I vote...cause in any competition, there can be only one winner...the better one.

ya and if we will not compare the singing how can we vote blindlywithout comparing them.so you all ,who are saying tht there shud no comparison,are trying to say we shud vote widout listening and comparing??so this is wht you guyz do,youall just listen to your favourites and rate them widout listening the better ones???

We all are comparing. Thats the reason we have all these fan clubs. We are even forgiving them when they sing bad because we are fans.

Don't forget it is Sonu who supported Amey when he was in bottom 3 when he sang Rang De basanti. If at all there is anyone with whom Amey can be compared, it is Karu or Vice Versa. No need to blow it big and go to the extent of judging Sonu.

thats a nice one. i am sure amey is a good singer.but if sonu praises karu whats wrong with that.

I would request All fans of contestants to say that Sonu should not depress other contestants.(but he can praise any contestant he likes).

net net karunya is a more limited singer than Amey. Karunya is good but certainly not the best. He has yet to get out of the sufi mode. It seems that his entire specialization has been in these type of songs.

Secondly, it is still my belief (it is my opinion only)that Sony will not let Amey win as he is Zee SRGMP product. There have been other instances in the past when highly deserving singers like Rahul Saxena and Arpita Mukherjee were not allowed to proceed beyond a point. Reason same - Zee products. The point here is that Sony's II and FG are such wash outs compared to a highly musical programme like SRGMP. None of the II singers barring Amey can match up to the levels of Hema, Nihira, Debo, Sharib, Vineet and Himani. By making it a more performance dominated programme, they have let the musical tangent suffer.
