She had the best voice...and i wish she was in top 3 at least....i can't believe the public didn't vote for her just because she didn't get positive comments from judges. Anuj & Sandeep get negative comments all the time but the public doesn't listen...so why did they vote out Antara this time.

it is sad that she was voted out and sandeep still in. sandeep still in is the saddest part.

i never liked antara more than others .......but today i felt sooooo bad.......coz she at least deserved to be in top 3 after all others had gone.......................and guyz we can not neglect her confidence she has been showing time to time..when last time she told janta to vote after hearing only andt this time also a brave move..................

No need to open threads to encourage ANTARA....I avent expected much when I started thsi forum....But slowly slowly I was getting much support which I didnt expect at all...All of a sudden it seesm lost....

I know exactly how you feel sumesh, and if I were in your position, I would feel the same. But what I found out is that life goes on and also, last years top 5 singers have all got a lot of offers and have made good careers out of their last years success. She will go on to become a very good playback singer in the future. God bless her. And I feel for you Sumesh.

Antara has a very positive attitude she will surely go a long way in life.

Antara will do well she already has an offer from Anu and Bappi,and she is not planning to go back so it all depends on luck she just needs a good break.

It's really sad it will take India really long to have a girl as an Indian Idol.

she was very over confident...she should have accepted it she was out of tune...feel sorry for her that she is out...she has a good voice...wish if she were a litttle modest too

I had written in an earlier post that she was not as talented as some of the others and it was only a matter of time before she was voted out.

I agree with Jayy's comments. In my opinion, Antara's behavior bordered on overconfidence and to a degree, even arrogance. I think humility makes talent get an artiste much more success than arrogance.

This is a lesson that Antara and, for that matter, all the participants.
