Amey and Debo sing the same song...

It is "Dil ne tumko chun liya hain, tum bhi usko chuno na....." from Jhankaar Beats sung originally by Shaan......

In the episode when Shaan was the Judge, He asked Debo to sing this song. Also Amey Date sang the same song in today's Gala in Indian Idol. So those who follow both the programs, please tell about your opinion of who sang it better?

I love both the singers, but still I thought Amey was better than Debo this time.

BTW, being in USA, I have yet to see both these performances on TV, but because of TopRanger who has uploaded the SaReGaMaPa episode on net and varmap who is in the process of uploading the Indian Idol episode, I have seen and heard both of these songs. (Sorry varmap, I sneaked on the YouTube.com and saw Amey and Meenal's performances.... 😉 Thank you so much!!!!)

well i think both sung well...in their own way.i don't think we hv to compare both of them but i would say that amey really sang the song well. 😛

We cant compare both....I really feel debo sang better with feeling than Amey....Sorry Amey fans...But we dont need to compare both from different platform....

If u compare HEMA & KARUNYA I think most of us will prefer HEMA...so better compare with other indian idol singers...

Different shows, different platforms, different points of emphasis. II2 stresses performance more than SRGMP. If Karyuna and Amey were on SRGMP, they wouldn't have to worry about the background dancers or even X factor that much. Both Debo and Amey sing really well.

i have seen some of debojit's performances. i think he doesn't deserve to be where he is today. in my opinion there is no comparison here.

debu sang that song in much better way that amey, while in amey's singing there was no feeling, it was plain while debu had put lots of emotions and feeling in the song, so what i think amey sang it with mind while debu sang that song with heart...

Both sang well but after hearing Debo's version again, I'd say Amey was better. Amey sang the mukhda with so much conviction and passion and Debo simply didn't. Amey was a natural singer/performer in this number and HE ROCKED! 👍🏼 Just listen to to mp3, don't even watch the performance...you feel like you're watching him sing, he sang with that much passion.
