I have seen thsi picture before....
If I am not wrong Its a Tamil actor Vijaya T Rajender...Oh god I still cant forget I ahve seen his film when i was child...He was looking like a chimpancy...Nw he is a director...

His son's name is Silambarasan also called simbu ...nw he is termed as little superstart of Tamil industry...But he is far better than his dad..>Even Mandira bedi also acted as a guest appearnace with him too...

Sorry for that...But U have to c his acting...Its so horrible...I wonder hw people watched his films...I cant still beleive ...BTW I have seen many who is not good looking but If they are good in tehir own filed we will admire them ...
Its his acting made me think liek that...Otherwise there is lots of others in Tamil or malayalam industry who were not good looking at all but we like them becoz they are very good in that filed...

May be this one is good in directon But his acting is very poor as his looks...
