watched SRGMP for the first time and...

wow, now that's talent! II2 is almost pathetic, it really is. NIHIRA, hemachandra, vinit, debojit, himani - they are all SO impressive. if the top 5 from the 2 shows were to compete, this is how i think it would look like:

1. nihira (WOW, i'm at a loss of words. she's DIVINE)
2. hemachandra (also wow! i mean, these 2 contestants are really up there with sonu and udit - given some more experience ofcourse)
3. karunya (clearly very talented)
4. vinit
5. himani
6. amey
7. antara
8. debojit (not so sure where he belongs actually - haven't listened to enough of his songs.)

8. meenal (no competition at all for himani, and def not for nihira. her voice sounds almost kiddish)
10. monali (a distant, distant 10th place. only reason she belongs on this list is that all other II2 contestants are not very talented.)

I think Rahul Saxena would be tied for 2nd with Hema were he in II2.
