The reason of sparse voting is quiet obvious. Since in a country like India mostly dominated by middle class where girls are still houehold commodity(read not allowed to date as freely as guys) This is the only way they can get oout of their teen-fantasy-turn-into-frustation by voting any average/above average good looking guys. Since most of them are sitting at home doing only houseold work..this is the the only excitement they have in their so called monotonous life..that's the reason you see some gal voting for as many as 15000 time for some candidate
