To be honest, I didn't enjoy the performance too much. But this is a song which a singer will think a thousand times before singing it live. To remember its lyrics itself is a tough job. Sreeram no doubt is way ahead of the other contestants in the Indian Idol race at this point of time. Fully agree with Anu ji, he is definitely the Indian Idol.

By the way did you gusy notice the difference in between when Shanker sang that song. The tempo was faster than when Sreeram was singing.

I hope you have not heard the song in the last couple of days, if you heard then there will be inertia in accepting voice different to shankar. It been two three years since i last heard this song and i really enjoyed the song. Just go through recorded version for a couple of times more, i think you might start liking it.

I didn't enjoy the song as much, and that's obviously 'cos it's a Sankar-sung song.. But he had sung it very well.. A commendable job coming through Sreeram yet again. 👏 👏 👏
Hats off... ⭐️
He's the Indian Idol of this season. 👏

What I was trying to convey was this is a song not to be performed live. Those breaths in between do sound little odd but they are unavoidable. Of course I have heard this track many times before. So the reason you gave above can be logical.

Good point Vijay.
Does that fast tempo make things harder or easier?
