Nah, Remo can't be "the Asma of Indian Idol". Asma has this - almost bucolic - abrasive bluntness. Everyone is hanging on to their seat when she speaks, waiting to see what faux pas or foot-in-my-mouth syndrome stuff she's gonna cough up next. Basically she provides "shock" or "omigod whatta she say???" value-entertainment on her show.

Remo has nothing comparable. He can't sing either. He really is -simply put- just completely useless. 😃

no way he aint as horrible as asma.. but bad enough to not achieve anything.. his singing is too plain!

also at least asma is funny... remo is just a lil kid!

You mean accidentally funny.
When she said she wants to see everything of Mithunda, that was faux pas at best. She is like a Dada Kondke movie, 1 part of you is afraid when the lungi comes off and one part knows that its going to happen nevertheless.
You probably mean bovine and not bucolic.

Arre yaar, Asma pe thora reham karo. 😉😆

Just kidding.

There's always third class singers in all competitions that constantly get votes but we can't stand them. Asma, Remo, all fall in the same category. Asma was a little entertaining, however Remo, even his performances aren't entertaining --- and the judges constantly "you-suck-and-there's-nothing-you-can-do-about-it" attitude is a major turn off.

Now I know where Asma was getting all these votes from. 😉😆

As far as her "omigod-what-did-she-say" entertainment goes, what performances were you watchin'?
