SRGMPA has very talented contestants, compare to them this crowd of singers (Indian idol) fall very very short., they seem to be just beginners, good to sing in private parties, nothing much at national level..long way to go.

Sa re ga ma too is medicore this year. It was nothing like C 2005 and C 2007. You felt like sa re ga ma has better singer but thats due to completion of so many rounds. WHen it first started everyone felt like contestant are big flop but they somehow raised their bar after hundred rounds. However i still beleive they are not as talented as u claim. I beleive there are many good singers in Idol too some are already voted out and some stil there. With more rounds to go i hope these contestant will also raise their bar.

In Sa re ga ma Pratibha sang "Hawa Hawaii" she sang from the beginning, it was awesome, judges praised her for singing the difficult beginning with ease(according to them it took Kavita many hours to record it), the same song was sung by Surbhi in idol and she omitted the beginning lines..was praised but fell way short because she didn't attempt the difficult begninning , the soul of the song and jugdes failed to point this out, it was very medicore singing.

There is no singer in idol comparable to 'Vaishali' on Sa re ga ma. She is totally awesome

I think after years the women on Sa re ga ma are being reconganized for that reason I llove this year. Also Shanker is very good judge. He explains the mistakes and good points by exactly pointing out the wrong notes.or correct notes....without him in the judges seat ..I wouldn't watch the program. The judging in idol is okay..only glimmer of hope is Kailash..
