Shivam I think he has sung this song before, was quite good.

The Prem ratan dhan payo was also nice atleast the chorus was.

Sanchari was Ok she overdoes quite a bit but it was decent.

Sonakshi was also Ok seemed out of breath.

Kavya was good. I liked that she adjusted the song in certain places where she knew it would put too much strain/stress on her voice. The softer approch also worked nicely.

Chirag has a nice voice but he eats the words. Why can't he project properly?

Rishi with Arijit song doesn't work for me. Rishi's voice is youthful and refreshing, his first song reminded me of another song Mera phela phela pyaar hai by KK I think that zone would suit him better.

Pritam reminded me of how well Shaan has sung this song. But Vishal should remember what an amazing singer Shaan is 😡.

why repeat the same 2 songs that was made popular last year by Aru and PD!!!
why are they trying to make them like Aru and PD. Those too were so elegant in their own ways .Never openly said anything.
This years forced romance is OTT 😡

Same repeat of Aruneeta Pawan songs for Govinda by Chirag Kavya just showed how channel badly wants to force a couple who became very popular last year. Also Aruneeta and Faiz sung Tumsa koi pyaara when Govinda came in superstar singer 2 and I really kept thinking of Aruneeta's voice and version when Kavya was singing.

I think you would need to have a fresh audience for the shows (on Social Media at least) before some of Arunita's Idol songs become popular again and stop being compared. Till then it is not just a matter of singing comparison, it is also her understated magnetism on stage that does not allow for unbiased evaluation of new performances.

This is a once in a generation talent that we have witnessed. She definitely has the potential to rule for 2 decades the way Shreya Ghoshal has. Many factors come into play for that potential to be realized, so we have to wait and see. But there is no denying that potential.

Sunday Episode -

I loved Debosmita & Anushka's performances.

Vineet was also very good.

Duets decent.

Overall a good week in terms of singing.
