First of all this Aditya Narayan is not funny at all, he looks like a joker, and his hosting is pathetic...

Coming to judges, what is this dancing and making hill out of a mole , sab itne ache ga rahe hai , no need of improvement in anyone?? They NEVER underlines their mistakes now that is something impossible that they all are just perfect!!

Please stop doing the drama and start judging it in real, and point out their mistakes too..

We miss the old saregama judges like alka ji Abhijit da etc...

Also SHANMUKHA is the worst in the lot who can only sing pop songs still they do that crap mosam badal dia all the time and I think more deserving candidates than her/Sawai are outsted and non deserving one are still present

My choice of top 3

1- Arunita

2- Anjali

3- Sayali

See top 5 world wise best and popular albums are Pop/western not Indian classical. You don't have to undermine a pop/western singer. Do you even know anything about western genres to judge SMP? She has her fan base who vote her and acknowledged by all the musicians on the show for her talent. Winning or losing any show doesn't define the singer is talented Arjitsingh is best example for that. Future will tell who will have a good career.

Then please question Sony channel/creatives for trying to show her as western/rock singer. It's not her fault. In the 3 min song given to her she is trying her best. Do you think all western singers are not versatile, she tried Jazz,Rock and roll,Hiphop, blues every genre of western and tried some classical western fusion as well. Also sang some melodies as well. How many singers do you think can try those many genres that too exceptionally perfect? I don't mind someone not liking her but judging with out even understanding her singing is not something i can digest. Worst singers won't reach Indianidol platform and so many musicians are not dumb to praise her so much. Hope you will understand.

Indianidol was supposed to be a Pop idol show. They don't need to have versatile singers. You can check their origins on google if you want.

I watched some old moments/performances on Indian Idol and every judge back then would give criticism to even the good performances. Nowadays that is not the case. This is starting to become like big boss with singing haha.

Criticism on national tv has it's own challenges. Sometime back couple of contestants of a reality show committed suicide because of they couldn't take criticism. After that I am seeing most of reality shows are trying to minimize criticism on national tv. They may be giving feedback offscreen which we don't know. I am not bothered about it. That's for contestants to have enough maturity to understand how much of praise to take in for real. Think about someone bashing us on national tv can we take it? These times are different. In past the social media is not big but now even small thing is becoming mess. I feel the path chosen by judges are suitable for current situations.

I’ve watched numerous singing reality shows and this is the only platform I’ve seen where judges rarely ever point out flaws. There is nothing wrong with criticism as long as it is constructive and delivered with the intention of helping contestants improve. No one is asking the judges to bash the contestants, people just want to see them give helpful feedback incorporating both plus and minus points instead of all this nautanki because that’s the entire purpose of having someone there to judge.

And Sunidhi said she was asked to only praise the contestants when she judged around ten years back so clearly this isn’t just because social media is big today.

I don't have to back judges but how do we know they are not giving constructive criticism. Judges are not editing the show. Its upto show makers what they want to show in TV. I just told my point of view. Even I watch numerous shows nowhere one participant gets 4-5 songs others hardly get1 and also they wont keep focusing on some contestants all the time. We can just go on like this but we can't change anything. The only thing we can do is not to blame contestants for faults of channel and judges.
