In case of anjali I don't see her in top 5 as sayli is being promoted now a days and most of the votes from Maharashtra state fall in her bank, and apart from pawan, sayli is also one of the biggest threat for arunita.

If Anjali does not reach the top 5 which is impossible on the basis of votes that can mean only that she is being deliberately pushed out and sidelined to accommodate Sayli. Maharashtra is very proud of its culture and would prefer Anjali over Sayli secondly Sayli is a Mumbai local which can explain her low votes....jhol by the show makers if Sayli manages top5.

Arunita is definitely in the top 3 going by her popularity.

She is indeed reaches to top 3 no doubt about it, but if somehow sayli reaches to top 5 whose possibility is very high, then the chances of winning the trophy for arunita is very less or you can say nil, then there is open ground for pawan and he will win the trophy one sided(condition-if no politics happen and make sawai winner) because arunita is the only contestant who give some competition to pawan.

Yes and if Sayli reaches the final Arunita's votes will split which reduces her chances of winning

She has always been amazing,

I remember her Hema Malini, Jeetendra, Jackie Shroff's performances she was simply outstanding !

In spite of such strong performances she was always in the bottom.

On the basis of merit alone she was in the top. She was in the limelight always but for reasons other than singing. She has received the golden mic in the audition round which was not given to Anoushka or Sireesha. She has always been a strong contender right from the beginning.

The top 2 on the basis of merit alone are SK and AK since competition is always amongst equals.

1 pawandeep (no reason needed to be given he'll win one sided only)

2 Arunita ( one of the finest singers of this season)

3 sayali (queen of versatility)

4.smp ( she gives concert vibes n has a totally different genre)

5. Ashish/ nihal (both are very versatile n have good textured voice)

Anjali idk she'll be able to coz of her genre it's a sad reality that people find pure classical singing boring

Danish to I feel he's always screaming n sawai though a very good singer is limited to his genre only

I think people are underestimating arunita kanjilal!!

This is why I think she has high chance of winning

1.She has been the highest voted contestant many times!!

2. More new Instagram followers in last three months than any other contestant!!

3. More youtube views on official Sony channel than any other contestant

4. Her satyam Shivam song with 50M views is the most watched Indian idol video of all time!!

5.her 12 views have been watched more than 10m times on Sony YouTube channel, more than any contestant. For comparison, pawandeep has 8 and sayli has only 1 (duet with arunita)

I think the channel’s original plan for top five were Pawan, Arunita, SMP, Ashish, and Danish with the possibility of Sawai replacing one due to having a similar background and style as past winners.

Now I see the final five as

1. Pawandeep
2. Arunita
3. SMP
4. Sayli or Ashish
5. Sawai or Danish

(in no particular order.. though I am sure the top two will have Pawan/Arunita in it)

In early days Ashish got a lot of spotlight and even Danish, but not sure if these two have received as much public reception as the makers expected. My guess is that the recent surge in promoting Sayli is because she is polling more votes than these two or that they see her as more marketable. I think it’ll be between Sayli and Ashish + Danish and Sawai.
Danish is better at marketing himself (he has a manager, fans WhatsApp group, etc.) but I’m unsure if his PR is enough to overcome Sawai public appeal.
