I don't think ratings dropped. It's still the no1 reality show. And I guess today's episode was also trending even after not really promoting much. So most of the people still likes the show irrespective of all the backlash and rumours. I guess most of the participants who fetch TRP are still there. Anyway who ever wins all these talented singers gained enough fame to mould their future. They dont need indian idol trophy for that.

Yes ratings dropped from 2.6 to 2.1 but it's still no 1 weekend/non fiction show. Also TRPs were affected by Ind Vs Eng series decider T20 match.

Next week I am expecting TRPs to drop further because of new time slot which is too late. I think Sony should have waited more instead of airing Indian Idol and Super Dancer simultaneously.

Ratings will be affected from next week when the IPL kicks in. That happens to all shows as matches start at 7.30pm. The main hit is in securing valuable advertisements. I think it can lead to a short season for IL12 with no wildcard expansions. Let's see what happens.
