well i cant think of a cousin or something... maybe she will be shown as priyanka chopra only....n adi will be awestruck by her...

Mostly for me it seems like yes a promotional tour, but for all we know it could just be that she appears as either Adi's frnd or maybe somehow related to the Khanna family. Who knows, your guess is as good as mine.
