chandini tells tyson that lovleena has fainted.adi overhears it and he also arrives in the store room.he asks tyson not to inform vishesh abt it as it'll cause more probs.both adi and chandini take lovleena to hospital.doctors say it's drugs overdose...when chandini asks them whether lovleena will survive they don't say anything.adi's also worried and he says he shudn't have given lovleena any job in india calling.jzt then tyson arrives and says that case involving drugs are quite serious ones and if they inform the police and it will come on all newspapers that india calling's employees are drug addicts.adi doesn't want this to reach vishesh's ears..so he and tyson goes to meet hospital authorities to solve the prob.chandini is staying there alone..jzt then the doctor arrives and he's quite angry with her and tells that lovleena's in such a a state bcoz of frnds like her..he tells that if she's also taking drugs then one day she'll be in lovleena's state.chandini is really sad on hearing this...she tries to make the doctor understand that she isnt a drug addict..but he doesnt hear to her.

lovleena's parents arrive there and the doctor tell that lovleena's state is quite critical and they will have to do an operation..he makes lovleena's father sign on some papers.chandini comes and sits near lovleena's mother to console her...but lovleena's mother fumes up and tells that it's bcoz of frnds like chandini lovleena has started to take drugs again.meanwhile manisha tries to wake up akshay so that they can go together to the hospital to meet lovleena..but all her efforts go in vain..so she goes alone to the hospital.when she reaches there she overhears chandini's conversation with lovleena's parents.chandini tells that she doesn't know lovleena properly..coz they met only a few days back.she tells that she went to meet lovleena in the canteen bcoz she promised to give info on her mini didi coz lovleena's manisha's friend.lovleena's parents say that it's bcoz of such friends lovleena turned into a drug addict again.suddenly lovleena's parents say that a girl who claimed to be lovleena's friend used to call them..but they can't recollect her name.manisha's really worried whether they'll tell out her name or not.lovleena's father says that her name is ruby.chandini is relieved and says that she knew her sister isnt a drug addict like lovleena...she's sure that her mini didi won't even touch drugs.she says that manisha's like a fairy and she's perfect.manisha whispers that minididi's no more the same she has changed a lot..she doesn't deserve chandini's love and trust.

sheeba comes to meet bheeji..bheeji's so happy to see her and tells that she knew that god will open a door through which they can reach to manisha.sheeba asks bheeji to go back to jalander along wid chandini as the sweet innocent manisha won't come back again..manisha has changed a lot and bheeji won't be able to see her in such a state.bheeji says she doesn't care in what condition manisha is...bcoz even then she'll still be her ladli manisha.finally sheeba agrees to take her to manisha's place.meanwhile manisha's back home and is upset bcoz she's playing with bheeji's and chandini's emotion...chandini still loves her a lot but she has given her just pains in life.she asks akshay for some drugs but he doesn't have it..she begs to akshay to get it frm somewhere...she says she'll do anything for him.jzt then bheeji comes there..manisha's stunned to see her there.

Precap-manisha and bheeji hug each other and cry their hearts out...bheeji asks her to back come home with her.manisha tells that she'll return home soon..but she needs some time.manisha then asks bheeji some money and lies that she needs the money to buy medicines.bheeji realises that manisha needs money to buy drugs.so she slaps manisha hard.both manisha and sheeba are shocked!
